The instructors and students of the Traditional Tang Soo Do Federation would like to congratulate Master Trudgill on his promotion to 7th Dan. It is a grade hard earned and thoroughly deserved.

Master John Trudgill is by all definitions a Leader in Tang Soo Do, NO ONE  works harder to improve the PRACTICE of Tang Soo Do and the spread of our art. The Late Grandmaster Byrne called Master Trudgill a "technician" of our style, something I believe sums up Master Trudgill well.

A man is judged by his actions not his intentions and is rewarded for his achievements not his daydreams.

This is a new promotional video we have commissioned with Sportsviz.
 We wanted to examine, in detail, some of our techniques and their potentials: a super slow motion camera was used in some of the demos shown.

It takes a little while to load or buffer depending upon your internet connection and speed but, as always, patience has its rewards.

and benefits  of training in a Traditional Martial Art.
