Favourite Technique: Front kick, front punch, they are easy to teach and to do. Keep it simple at the end of the day especially if you find yourself in a corner.

 Favourite Form: Lo Hi

 Most Influential Martial Artist: My instructor Master Trudgill. He always guides me in the right direction even if I don't want to go there. Master Wayne Humphries, if you ever get to train with him you will soon find out how clever and funny he is.

Other Hobbies: Fly fishing, the only real problem is that i do not have time to go much but what a great way to relax and forget the worlds problems.

Last Book Read: Moo Duk Kwan by Richard Chung. What ever martial art you do always have an open mind and learn from others.

 Favourite Book: I haven't  really got one but my head is always stuck in D. I. Y. manuals.......I tend to do a lot of  D.I.Y.

Last Film Watched: Pirates of the Caribbean 2 Davey Jones's Locker the kids wanted to watch it.

 Favourite Movie: Witness with Harrison Ford. What a film! Two conflicting life styles brought together when a young boy sees a murder (hence the title) and Harrison Ford helps the boy out by taking the boy back to the Amish village where he lives. No fighting there, not until Harrison turns up as do the murderers looking to silence the boy. 

 Favourite Meal: Now then this is a hard one but it has got to be 18oz steak, medium rare. Button mushrooms cooked in butter. Grilled tomatoes, onion rings, chips and English mustard.

Pet: We have a conure at the moment. It is a small parrot named Sam. If you are ever thinking of getting a bird get one of these. Sam does everything a large parrot does but is exceptionally friendly and won't take your finger off.
