Years in Martial Arts: I spent some time trying out Ju Jitsu in my early twenties but gave it up looking for something more. Discovered Tang Soo Do about five years ago and have never looked back.

Accomplishments or Awards:

Completing my MSc. and achieving my 1st Degree Black belt in the same year (2008).

 Attending several overseas competitions and tournaments and winning medals,  all of which I am very proud of (at my age).

Favourite Technique: High turning hook kick - front snap kick.  

Favourite Form: Pyung Ahn O Dan.

Most Influential Martial Artist:  Master Trudgill for persevering with me even when my body doesn't listen to my head or vise versa.

My Mother...for fighting but sadly loosing the battle with leukemia.

Other Hobbies: I Wish! no time as I have 2 small boys who have hobbies of their own to take up any spare time I have left.
