Years in Martial Arts: 7,  I Did Judo for a couple of years as a youngster, 1993 to 1996 Wado Ryu, attained 3rd Kyu brown belt. Tried various other martial arts over the years, Shotokan, Kung Fu, Kick Boxing etc, but couldn’t find anything I really enjoyed to persevere, until I began training in Tang Soo Do.

Accomplishments or Awards: 2nd Degree Black belt.

I am World Champion, Gold medallist in forms; Silver in breaking and Bronze in sparring, in the 2011 World Tang Soo Do Championships, held In Cardiff, Wales.

 I've been fortunate enough to win medals in most of the competitions I've entered.  

Favourite Technique: Reverse punch and high instep roundhouse kick. Straight forward techniques that can generate a lot of power.  

Favourite Form: Jin Do
