1999 - Bridgend County Borough Sports personality of the year

2002 - Founded MSO family martial arts centres

2005 -  Rhondda Cynon Taff Sports Coach of the year

2006 - Founded Traditional Tang Soo Do Federation

2008 - Inducted into the ATA / UTC Hall of Fame by Grandmaster Richard Byrne.

2009- Inducted into the British Tang Soo Do Hall of Fame.

All of them have influenced me and helped me to develop as a person and a martial artist: Master Wynford Williams, Grandmaster Chun Sik Kim, Grandmaster Richard Byrne, Grandmaster Dominick Giacobbe, Master Joe Goss.
