Mr Adrian Humphries

Porthcawl Tang Soo Do is a new School in the Porthcawl, Nottage and Cornelly area. Taught by Mr. Adrian Humphries 1st Dan. Mr. Humphries has been training in Traditional Tang Soo Do for over six years and has spent seven years in Kyokushin Karate prior to transferring to Tang Soo Do. Mr Humphries has been involved in the teaching of martial arts for some time helping teach in the Garw Valley school. Porthcawl, being a new class is an excellent class for those wishing to start in martial arts or who wish to step up their training or sparring by getting in extra classes. Mr Humphries has won various Gold medals for sparring and forms the most recent of which was a Gold medal in the Adult, Male, Black Belt, Forms competition in the Traditional Tang Soo Do International Championships held in the NIAC Cardiff in May 2010.
