The Traditional Tang Soo Do Federation will be holding its next promotional Gradings on Saturday 27th September 2008. The Gradings For Red Belt and above will be held on Saturday Morning 27th September 2008 in the Treorchy do Jang. (exact start time to be confirmed). Gradings for Tigers will be at 12:00 in the Pencoed Agricultural College and will finish at 13:00. White, Yellow and Orange belt grading will start at 13:00 and will finish by 14:00. Orange belt blue tag, Green Belt, Green belt one and two tags; the grading will start at 14:00 and will finish at approximately 15:00.
Congratulations Congratulations to all students who have been selected to attend the assistant instructors coaching course starting Saturday 6th of September 2008. The course is for four weeks and will cover everything an assistant instructor will need to know to be an invaluable asset within their classes and within our particular learning environment. To have been selected to attend this course is an achievement in itself...it means your Instructor has enough confidence in your aptitude, ability and attitude to help teach in his of her classes. Your instructors are saying that each and every one of you has the potential to be excellent instructors in your own rights and should you wish, and circumstances allow, you will all be in a position to eventually open your own classes.
Master Rexer's New York Classic Master David Rexer will be holding his 2008 New York Classic on October the 10th and 11th in Endicott, New York. The Traditional Tang Soo Do fed will be attending with a number of students. The tournament is always excellent and the trip itself is a a brilliant experience and as soon as our students return we will post an update on our new page. While it may now be a little too late to attend this year please keep this tournament in mind for next year...with a little saving you could be experiencing one of the best tournaments and locations in martial arts.
